Solely Focused on Pediatric Care
Thank you PHC for bringing calmness during a very chaotic time in our life. Pediatric visiting nurses have the same qualifications as nurses at a clinic or hospital, but they focus on one client at a time, instead of many. They work with children who have lifelong or long-term medical conditions that require specialized, ongoing care, and personalized attention.
PHC has provided us with some really amazing nurses and when the pandemic hit, they heard our concerns about limiting our families interaction with others. PHC’s vision is to create new pediatric home healthcare standards by providing the highest quality care with innovation, integrity, excellence and compassion. We work closely with everyone in the care management of our children. Our nurses love caring for children and are committed to delivery the highest level of care. They will spend more time at home or in school, and spend less time in medical facilities.
Always Home Care
PHC’s mission is to change pediatric home healthcare through innovative strategies that improve the lives of patients, families, and employees. Each child and family will meet with the Clinical Director to address their clinical and social needs. The Clinical Director will then assign nurses best suited for the medical needs of the child as well as the unique needs of the family.

A skilled nursing facility may be a freestanding facility or part of a hospital that has been certified by Medicare to admit patients requiring subacute care and rehabilitation. In the three years we've had nursing care for our son, this is the ONLY company that has provided continuity of care for our son. We never have to worry about "strangers" showing up at our door at 7am. Communication and transparency has been one of their many strengths. Their priority is not only for their patients, but for their nurses. A perfect balance for an imperfect family dynamic with a special needs and medically complex son.
We spearhead educational and advocacy programs that equip health care providers to deliver quality care, optimize business practices and comply with industry standards. We have nurse's in our home almost 24/7, which provides many challenges. We can not say enough good things about what a great company this is. They hire for the long term and to make sure it is a good fit for the family. Starting over with a new agency and nurse and trying to rebuild a good nursing team has been hard. When we started with PHC it started immediately and I feel that I have rebuilt an amazing nursing staff with the quality of nurses we have.
